Walking to the library this morning we found ourselves the only people carrying books and walking the opposite direction as everyone else. With coast guard helicopter overhead and whole families in yellow, purple, and green outfits carrying all they can hold, it has more of an apocalyptic tone. The type of apocalypse where the most valuable things are booze and fold up lawn chairs.
